Perched high above the highways and the valley, and looking like the rambling log "cottages" of the turn-of-the-20th-century wealthy, this desirable, kid-friendly resort is only 20 miles from Montréal's Trudeau Airport. Set on a 480-hectare (1,186-acre) forest estate, the resort complex features golf and tennis programs in summer and ski packages in winter. The spacious rooms in the Tyrol section are the most desirable and modern, many with views of the surrounding hills. Those that are called Rustique are constructed of logs and have views of either the pool or the mountains. Some units have fireplaces and/or whirlpool baths. With the Club Package come three meals and unlimited access to all sports facilities, and prices include tax and service charge. Rates drop for stays of 2 to 5 nights. Meals are served poolside as well as in the resort's dining rooms.
