A popular spot to have afternoon tea or cocktails, the lobby attracts many who are just passing through. The hotel places an emphasis on comfort: The guest rooms offer many modern features such as fax and high-speed modem lines, while other amenities include 24-hour room service and a rooftop pool surrounded by tropical foliage. The most high-end of the hotel's three restaurants is The Grill, which serves steakhouse cuisine. There's also a Chinese restaurant and a coffee shop that's nicely accented with a massive marble soda fountain.
